How It Works
Our process is designed to deliver rapid response with effective solutions
Initial contact
The first step is to contact us and talk through the issue.
You can reach out to us via phone call, text message or email.
We will collect the information we need to action an effective response.
Pre-work payment
Once the work has been assessed, we ask for a pre-work payment before we attend.
We do this to protect ourselves and cover any initial material costs applicable.
Electrician arrival
Once the pre-work paymet has been received our electrical engineer will arrive with you ready to respond to your electrical emergency.
Any additional costs will be discussed once we have investigated the issue in person.

Yes, our electricians are available round the clock to help with your electrical emergency
What does a call out cover ?
A call out covers our electrical contractors to arrive and carry out fault rectification within the first hour.
In some cases this is not possible due to the complexity of the fault we may face, in respect of this we would have to put in an additional charge for any extra hours spent at the job after the first hour of attending. This will be discussed onsite with the customer.
95% of faults can be carried out and rectified on site with in the first hour
What happens if my fault is temporarily fixed to get us going over night?
In this case we would book in the work with one of our trusted contractors to return at a later date to fix
